Owner operator frequently onsite. Always enjoyable food. Great location with lots of parking. Great team, friendly and fast. I've seen them handle a school bus full of students and staff headed to a sporting event speedily and professionally (advanced notice given, of course). We drive from a CFA close to our home to get here!
The food was delicious. Hot and quick service. The environment was pleasant and clean. The service was wonderful. This was my first time eating in a chick Fil A where they had sit down service.
What a nice chick-fil-a here in Lansdale. They offer table service inside instead of ordering at the register. It's like restaurant style dining. The food is always magnificent for a fast food establishment. Service was very nice, and they come around and ask you if you want refills and take your tray. I love this chick-fil-a!!
I had an enjoyable experience here a few days ago for lunch with my dad. He doesn't live in the area, so normally we go to a sitdown restaurant, but I've always enjoyed the similar experience you get at Chick-fil-A. They treat you as you are at a sitdown restaurant; the staff bring you your food, sometimes check on how you're doing throughout your meal, and offer refills all while staying seated. This Chick-fil-A is no exception to the quality and bright energy of all of the other chain locations are visited. As a legally blinded individual, it's always nice when team members offer to assist me. Upon asking where the bathroom was, they offered to guide me. I didn't need this assistance, but it was excellent for them to offer and understand how to help somebody who is blind. Had not been with my dad would have taken their offer. Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service and care for detail. The food was exactly what you would expect from any Chick-fil-A.
Antibiotics being used will keep me away unfortunately. I'm a frequent customer but no longer, will miss the awesome chicken sandwich and the wonderful Lansdale employees. Very sad!!
Ordered online for dinner and picked up our food. The service was quick and efficient. Deluxe chicken sandwich was warm and waffles fries were crispy. Only thing is they forgot my chick-fil-A sauce which bumped down 5 stars to 4. Cookies and cream milkshake was delicious.
They are always nice and friendly. It is always busy around 12-2pm lunch time and 5-7pm dinner time of course. If you are ever upset with your order they will give you the same email free next time. There market salad is amazing and their fresh lemonade is too! You can't go wrong here. The bummer part is they are closed on sundays which stinks for us but great for employees since they are a Christian company! I wish the prices were a little cheaper like the other fast food places but it's healthier options make sense why.
